The depth of Pola Carmen's artwork comes from the contrast between the colored foreground — made with wet pastels — and the background painted with acrylic. There aren't light and shadow effects in her work. However in the middle, there are multiples lines, which seem infinite, so we can distinguish an opening, a thinning, and a space of freedom.
