Menorca's history goes back thousands of years. Arab, Spanish, British and then French, it has been the stronghold of kingdoms, empires and republics. Traces of previous eras are therefore omnipresent, and legends accumulate to feed this idea of a temporal palimpsest. The exhibition features work by Charlotte Bovy, Dominique Mercadal and Anne Moreau, whose various works explore the relationship between the traces of time and the memory of people and places.
Opening times: Monday to Sunday, 5pm to 8pm by appointment.
