Hypernature

Florence Nerisson

June 2017

"My inspiration generally comes from all things that belong to the domain of the real, my emotions being the guide that will take me out to reinterpret it.
It may be because of this operation that my paintings first appear one or more elements easy to "read", then if the eye and the soul want to let themselves wear and travel by borrowing others entrance doors, everyone will draw the perspective or meaning that interests them.
The elements from reality are often fragments of nature (plants, flowers, ...) that are pretexts to take the viewer as myself to a dreamlike and meditative universe free from any known norm. Once inside the canvas, he can project his own fantasies, illusions. And the interpretation that seemed simple at the beginning is more sensitive, more complex.I make sure to create several degrees of reading to catch the eye regardless of its place of entry and allow anyone who wants to escape, to rejuvenate oneself by releasing one's own emotions.
Everyone stops where he wants.
I can also say that I build a sort of anarchic harmony comparable to an authentic nature and not channeled by the human, to strike the spectator and thus awaken him to his desires, his emotions, his fears, his aspirations. That's what I call Hypernature. "
